Beta access

Specvo is in private beta. Right now there's no charge — we want a handful of UK OCDEAs running real assessments through it and telling us what's broken before we lock pricing in.

  • • Unlimited projects, XMLs, clones — all free during beta.
  • • No card on file, no surprise charges, no auto-renew.
  • • Direct line to founders for bugs and feature asks.
  • • Beta data may be reset before public launch. Don't use Specvo for projects you can't recreate.

At public launch

Pay-as-you-go: roughly £30 per Elmhurst-ready XML. No subscription, no seat fees. Final numbers go up here when we exit beta.

Specvo is currently below the UK VAT threshold, so prices shown are final — no VAT is added. Prices will include VAT when we register.

First 100 beta testers lock in 20% off launch pricing for 12 months (capped at 50 XML downloads — covers ~6 months of full-time OCDEA work).

How beta works

  1. 1. Sign up — email + password. No card requested.
  2. 2. Run a real project — drag PDFs / spec / U-value calcs. Generate an XML. Try importing it into your Elmhurst account.
  3. 3. Tell us what broke — email reply within one working day.
