Free downloads
- • Your first XML is on us. Every new account starts with one download credit — it covers a full-price XML and is used before your balance.
- • Invite a colleague, earn another. When someone you invited downloads their first XML, a credit lands in your account.
How paying works
- 1. Top up when you need to — card payment through Stripe, £30 minimum, receipt by email. No card is asked for at sign-up.
- 2. Download charges the wallet — a credit if you have one, otherwise £30. The project locks as your audit copy; re-downloading it is free.
- 3. Change your mind — unused balance is refundable for 14 days from top-up. A downloaded XML is not, because the work has been done.
Specvo is an OCDEA assistant — you verify every figure in Elmhurst before lodging the EPC. Prices include UK VAT at 20%. The terms set out the detail, including refunds.
